He has been engaged in scientific research, technology R & D and product development in the fields of marine acoustics, marine monitoring and marine information engineering for a long time. As the technical director, he undertook the key projects of the National 863 "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and the priority start-up projects of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan". He presided over more than 10 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects such as major scientific and technological innovation projects in Shandong Province and more than 80 horizontal projects.
